Baseline Studies
To Capture context, fully understand target groups, collect quantitative as well as qualitative data through surveys, focus group discussions, and interviewes with representative sample of target group, as well as key persons, prior to any project interventions, this highlights needs, and when listed against general stakeholder's objectives can facilitate developing interventions, action plans, and budget.

Assess NGO capacities
To select the top fit to project objectives, an assessment is conducted for all potential NGOs by checking their profile, previous projects' results, meeting previous/current clients and beneficiaries, conducting interviews with board members, project managers, and field workers, and checking technical and financial records.
Training Needs Assessments
To identify training needs to bridge the KS&A gap, generally identify training programs, their objectives, target groups, priority, time-frame, number of participants, training venues, and develop responsive training plan and budget.
Annual Program Assessments
To capture project progress and identify the values of key performance indicators, and pin-point obstacles, and highlight successes and areas of improvement.
Develop Project Proposals
To facilitate winning the design and development of projects either while working for donors or freelancer or for private sector company, or NGO.
