Utilizing the vast experience acquired working with different donors, international and local prestigious companies, sectors like local development, water, and wastewater, governance, etc. as well as providing tailored technical support to different entities public, private, and NGOs all over Egypt, focusing on areas of capacity building, awareness-raising, and community development over twenty-one years. Add to this being the capacity building lead of the largest USAID project supporting building capacities of thousands of government employees to assume their roles effectively and efficiently in the New Administrative Capital NAC with an advanced mindset that adheres to governance principles, adopts soft skills, embraces digital transformation, fights corruption, believes in gender equality, youth, equal opportunities, and social inclusion. Economic Governance Activity, EGA aims to advance Egypt’s governance international indicators and increase the satisfaction of Egyptians towards their government.
All these experiences placed me in an excellent position to fully understand gaps, identify needs, and professionally provide tailored solutions and training programs needed, and quickly engage in a fruitful relationship focusing on achieving targeted results.

Aswan COSP 10 Model, EGA-USAID, Mar. 2023
Within EGA preparations to implement the “Conference of State Parties Model” to mimic the United Nations Anti-corruption Conference #COSP10, and in collaboration with “Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport” #AASTMT, Aswan University #AU, Administrative Control Authority #ACA, and Aswan Governorate.
I implemented two Team Building events in March 2023 for 150 students. Each event involved physical and mental games in an interactive and funny atmosphere, and it was concluded with a self-reflection discussion about our new perception of teamwork and what we learned about each other.
COP 27 Model, EGA-USAID, Oct. 2022
EGA project implemented the COP 27 model through a partnership with Cairo University, the Ministry of Environment, the National Institute of Governance and Sustainable Development, and the National Anti-Corruption Academy, 153 students participated in the model and simulated COP 27, and COY 17 to address climate-related issues. after a series of information sessions and soft skills programs.
Government Excellence Award on Equal Opportunity and The Empowerment of Women, Trainings May 2022, Sonesta, Cairo.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and the National Council for Women, and within Economic Governance Activity project, USAID, successfully trained 200 government officials on the newly launched Egypt Government Excellence Award on Equal Opportunity and The Empowerment of Women, aiming to initiate a cultural change toward an institutional model that integrates gender equality, women leadership, and social inclusion.
EGA round table discussion, “Mentorship Program
for Women Leaders in Civil Service” Oct 2022
Based on the “Women Leadership Program” implemented by NIGSD and building on its success, EGA organized this discussion to move an extra step by matching selected women leaders with the best mentors to advance women's leadership skills.
EGA, NIGSD, NCW, and potential mentors explored the program opportunities and challenges and discussions resulted in synergy and momentum toward a more dynamic and inclusive workplace.
